Inspire Yourself!

Here are few ways to inspire yourself!
Immerse yourself in art. Watch award-winning documentaries, listen to beautiful music, read a great work of literature. Once you see what the human heart is capable of, you will aspire to greatness yourself.
Silence the Inner Critic. Everything you do does not need to be judged. Never compare yourself to somebody else and never worry about what people may say. You can't please everyone, so don't try.

Establish what you believe in. What you believe is part of who you are. Don't be wishy-washy about your political opinions, religion or lifestyle practice. Be who you were meant to be, with all of your heart.
Look for kindred spirits. We are social beings and we keep on saying much about where we are going in life. Look for people who are as ambitious and creative as you are. People, who criticise your beliefs, who look down at you or have never challenged you are not your friends

Best motivational video clips combo

Wise words from people all across the world. Even though they are actors from movies but what they say is applicable to all of us throughout the generations.

Sometimes all the historical and great actions in the world started with a word or pat of encouragement.
We need to fuel the spirit of determination, enthusiasm and excitement to thirst for new knowledge in our future students.
We need to be ready as teachers as well to face the battle of life before helping them on their journey..

"Life and Studying is a battle students fight everyday.
but if we fight the good fight we will come out victorious"

A SWEET SINGER, WHO CAPTURES PEOPLE'S HEARTS THROUGH HER SINGING

Do you know who this is? If you do not know, you might be living under the rock. She is none other than Connie Talbot. She just reached 10 this year. Observe the video. The judges were having a bad day on Britain's Got Talent show, but when Connie went up on stage, she blew the judges away. Take a good look at all of the judges' and audience's expression while they watched her sing. She even made one of the judges, who is Amanda, cried.  She definitely has wow- ed the people when she stood on stage.

Pictures of her performances:

The albums that she has produced:

Indeed she has became famous ever since she entered the audition of Britain's Got Talent show. According to the judge, Piers Morgan, Connie's appearance on the show resulted in many children joining the show in the second series. She has been an inspiring young kid, who has now become a famous singer. This shows that age is not a factor in pursuing your dreams.

"Go for it, and reach the stars" :)

This is the man, who had caused the previous scene! He is none other than Julian Beever

Is this picture is too mind-challenging for you to figure out how he does it?

Draw and paints only with chalk and crayons

The video below shows how he does his work:

Take art realism onto a higher level with his anamorphic 3D illusions. As JB says, there are so many ways for you to deliver your message and talent, it's just the willingness to do so.

Extrinsic vs. Intrinsic Motivators

This is a helpful read for future teachers to know what gets their students up and moving in producing the desired educational results.

Extrinsic vs. Intrinsic Motivators

Psychologists have identified two broad types of motivation to explain how and why students perform well (or not so well) in school: extrinsic and intrinsic.

The real challenge is that most of your students cannot see a clear association between working hard to learn English and a direct and immediate positive outcome. Extrinsic motivators are those that come from outside the self and include such things as praise, extra privileges (can stay up later at night), money (extra allowance), and in some cases even extravagant gifts used by desperate parents as bribes, e.g., "Bring me home an "A" average and I'll buy that PSP or handphone you that you want so much." Conversely, attempting to avoid punishment would also be an extrinsic motivator, e.g., "If you don't bring home at least a "B" average, you'll be grounded for a month and you can forget about your allowance too."

Intrinsic motivators, which are viewed as far more durable, emanate from inside the self and include such things as improved self-esteem, satisfaction of intellectual curiosity, spiritual growth, as well as a heightened sense of self-efficacy and competency, among others. These types of motivators tend to be extremely subjective and, therefore, vary considerably from person to person (Huitt, 2001).
